1、Leads  development  and  implementation  of  innovative  solutions  for  automotive  R&D  Parts.  (Among  Brake/Steering/Lighting  systems).

2、Leads  organizing,  recruiting,  motivating,  managing,  and  developing  R&D.

3、Assesses  the  current  product  portfolio  and  establish  and  maintain  a  product/technology  roadmap  to  give  the  company  an  industry  leading  automotive  parts  position  in  the  industry.

4、Leads  benchmarking  efforts  to  fully  understand  competitive  position  and  new  technology  developments  that  will  enable  industry  needs/wants  to  be  better  fulfilled.

5、Leads  strategic  selection  and  management  of  external  partners  required  to  support  the  R&D.

6、Leads  planning  and  carry  out  of  complex  and  challenging  technical  projects.

7、Leads  definition  and  implementation  of  System  engineering  for  innovative  chassis/lighting  systems,  system  engineering  based  on  mechanical  design  process    and  Core  logic  development  including  hardware  interfaces.

  8、Recommends  changes  that  will  benefit  current  and  future  chassis  products.

  9、Possesses  strong  interpersonal  skills  and  consistently  demonstrate  ability  to  work  in  a  team  environment  and  with  cross-functional  global  teams.

任职资格：

1、  Well  developed  expertise  in  the  areas  of  System  Engineering  based  on  mechanical  parts  and  system  applications,  and  overall  product  development  process  for  automotive  Parts.  (Among  Brake/Steering/Lighting  systems).

  2、Working  experience  and  widespread  knowledge  in  designs  or  Logic  in  automotive  set  makers  (preferably  system  engineer).

  3、Ph.D  (preferred)  or  MS  in  EE,  Mechanical  or  electronics  Engineering  with  10+  years  of  engineering/research  experience  (Among  Brake/Steering/Lighting  systems).

  4、5+  years  of  management  of  global  team.  Leadership  scope  with  at  least  10+  engineers.

  5、Strong  leader  with  experience  in  incubating  and  developing  technologies,  product  development  and  commercialization.
