Under  the  direction  of  the  Process  manager.  To  be  responsible  for  the  smooth  and  uninterrupted  operation  of  Autoliv  MES  (Manufacturing  Execution  System)  including  but  not  limited  in  the  application,  database,  server  and  the  coordination  with  the  operation  department  for  system  administration  and  improvement.

·                To  make  sure  implement  the  relevant  MES  project

·                Make  sure  our  system  follows  Autoliv’s  standard

·                Comply  the  clear  work  flow  for  MES  system  and  any  other  process  &  technical  documentation  and  update  them  accordingly

·                Manage  MES  (Manufacturing  Execution  System)  and  ensure  the  system  is  running  as  business  directs

·                Be  responsible  for  Oracle  database  maintenance  and  troubleshooting

·                Be  responsible  for  the  MES  server  maintenance,  coordinate  with  the  assistance  of  IT  engineer  to  ensure  servers’  connectivity  and  performance

·                Maintain  the  MES  application  infrastructure  and  program  as  required

·                Act  as  the  interface  with  internal  users  and  the  US  MES  expert  to  coordinate  sundry  activities.  Provide  technical  support  to  internal  users  by  coordinating  with  the  US  MES  expert  if  needed

·                Collect  all  MES  and  automation  related  questions  and  seek  appropriate  resolution  quickly.  Submit  the  advancement  plan  to  plant  manager  for  system  improvement

·                Continuous  improvement  includes  MES

·                Any  other  may  be  directed  by  Process  Manager



专业知识要求：

  ·                Project  management  skills.

  ·                Extensive  business  analysis  experience  and  deep  understanding  of  the  manufacturing  environment  from  the  IT  view.    

·                Minimum  5  years  in  MES  system  implementation  &  administration.    

·                Minimum  3  years  database  development.    

·                Extensive  knowledge  and  experience  in  Oracle  database  administration,  and  at  least  2  years  DBA  experience.

·                Experience  in  both  the  PCs  and  Server  maintenance.

·              Must  have  the  experience  in  C#  programming  development  and  SQL,  has  the  integration  development  with  production  equipment  is  preferred.

·                Must  have  OPC  communication  technology.

·                Good  talent  of  general  understanding  and  analysis.

·                Relevant  experience  on  manufacturing  and  associated  process  with  internal  and  international  teams.

·              Experience  in  ERP  preferred.
