Reports  to  the  Commodity  Supplier  Quality  Manager  (CSQ  Manager)

报告给产品供应商质量经理CSQM。

  Direct  report  to  ACH  CSQM  who  is  in  charge  of  product  line  supplier  issues.  直线报告给中国区指定的产品线供应商质量经理。

  Submit  required  report  on  time  according  to  work  standards.  根据工作标准，准时提交所需的报告。

  

Owner  of  the  8D  and  NCM  process  from  D4  to  closure  (including  NCM  issues  from  all  Divisions)负责供应商端8D  和支持全球ALV  工厂SQE的NCM从四步到关闭

  Agree  with  Plant  SQ  if  NCM  is  valid  or  should  be  cancelled  or  moved  to  Supplier  communication  and  make  the  handover  clear

    和工厂SQ确认NCM的合理性，取消或者支持和供应商沟通NCM

  Support  Plant  SQ  and  supplier  the  containment  action  is  effective  when  plant  SQ  escalate  支持供应商端和工厂的围堵措施当工厂SQE上升围堵问题时

  Owner  of  the  8D  root  cause  validate  and  supplier  side  verification  (8D  step  4~8)  供应商端质量问题8D的原因分析和措施验证

Ensure  Yokoten  activities  at  D7  for  similar  parts  and  processes  at  the  supplier  causing  the  NCM  and  initiate  yokoten  activity  to  the  CSQ  for  the  relevant  commodity  with  the  NCMA  or  important  actions    确保供应商端问题解决后的横向展开同时通知相关的CSQ对重大质量问题进行供应商全球展开

  NCM  closure  in  terms  of  quality  and  timing,  communication  back  to  plant  issuing  the  NCM  and  independent  of  escalation  level.供应商的质量问题有效的关闭，并和工厂SQ反馈相应的关闭情况和根据NCM情况及时鉴别并向上汇报相应的问题

  

Responsible  for  verification  of  the  supplier  DAR  as  necessary  必要时到供应商端确认DAR

  

Validate  the  supplier  annual  layout  inspection  report  when  necessary.  必要时验证供应商的年度报告

  

Execute  regular  supplier  audits  planned  by  the  CSQ  执行CSQ安排的年度AS2  审核

  

Execute  onsite  supplier  activities  (  the  supplier  improvement  and  development  initiatives  ,Yokoten  ,etc)    执行CSQ安排的供应商现场活动（供应商提升和开发，横向展开等）

  

Fulfill  the  specific  customer  requirements  applicable  to  plant  level  for  related  suppliers  and  support  customer  audit  at  supplier  site在供应商端确认客户的特殊需求包括支持客户的供应商端审核

  

AS051  rating  for  RESP.  in  the  APSD  确认供应商AS51  的级别

  

Support  other  tasks  assigned  by  line  manager.协助完成上级经理布置的任务





教育背景Educational  Background：

金属材料或化学品相关专业本科以上学历并能实际解决问题的能力

Metal  Material  or  Chemical  Material  related  majors  and  proficiency  in  problem  solving

  

要求  Requirement：

有供应商质量管理工作经验  Supplier  Quality  Management  work  experience

有相关质量工作经验  Related  to  the  quality  of  work  experience

有良好逻辑思维和沟通的技能  good  logic  thinking  and  communication  skill

有较高问题解决的技能  problem  solving  skill

能运用基本的质量工具  can  apply  simple  quality  tool
