Responsibility:

-  Under  the  direction  of  the  Technical  Support  Manager,  the  Maintenance  Engineer  has  the  responsibility  of  maintaining  and  improving  the  production  and  facility  machinery  at  the  Autoliv  Jintan  Initiator  (CJJ)  facility.

-  Work  with  production  associates,  team  leaders  and  management  to  identify  and  prioritize  production  issues.

-  Identify  root  cause  of  downtime  issues  and  implement  corrective  actions,  Define  and  update  maintenance  KPI

-  Lead  and/or  assist  in  the  creation  of  technical  work  instructions,  preventative  maintenance  and  other  maintenance  documents

-  Develop  preventative  maintenance  relationships  with  outside  suppliers.

-  Track  the  preventative  maintenance  schedule

-  Train  and  support  technicians  to  trouble-shoot  machinery  failure,  identify  root  cause  and  implement  corrective  actions

-  Identify  improvement  opportunities  and  major  machine  improvement  project  management.

-  Participate  in  line  design  workshops  to  continuously  improve  production  processes

-  Participate  in  PFMEA  review

-  Technical  involvement  on  new  production  line/process  before  SOP

-  Define  and  track  the  using  of  spare  parts,  manage  safety  stock

-  Continuous  improvement  and  1P1P  support

-  Apply  APS  standards  (suggestion,  TPM,  5S  …..)  and  Q5

-  Fill  lessons  learned

-  Other  tasks  as  assigned



Requirement:

-　　　The  ability  to  trouble-shoot  and  repair  mechanical,  electrical,  hydraulic  and  pneumatic  equipment.

-　　　Have  the  skills  in  TPM,  PM  and  machine  modification

-　　　Knowledge  in  PLC,  familiar  with  AB  PLC  is  a  plus

-　　　Knowledge  in  robotics  is  preferred,  specifically  Epson  and  GE  Fanuc.

-　　　Expert  in  Pneumatic  &  Hydraulic  principle

-　　　Expert  in  mechanical  and  electrical  drawings  reading

-　　　Good  communication  skill  in  English

-　　　Electrician  Certificate  preferred

-　　　Relevant  experience  in  PFMEA
