-Organize  and  make  control  of  preventive  maintenance  in  time,  costs  and  quality;

            组织进行预防性维护计划的实施，并确保满足时间，成本及维护质量要求;

            -Instruct  other  maintenance  technician  on  facilities  and  equipments,  and  implement  on-job  training;

            改进相关设施设备的维护维修技术并进行相关培训;

            -Training  other  department  on  TPM  daily  check  list;

            基于TPM日点检表对相关人员进行培训;

            -Assure  the  application  of  the  SHE  aspects  in  the  area  of  responsibility  and  conduct  the  SHE  job  function  in  the  belonging  team;

              确保维修维护过程中遵守安全要求;              
              -Analysis  and  sloving  down  time  issue;

                分析和解决设备停机问题；

            -Create  maitenance  KPI  weekly  analysis  and  report  to  team;

                创建每周维修KPI分析报告;

            -Orgnaze  QRPP  and  TPM  meeting.

                组织QRPP和TPM会议.



Qualification:

-Bachelor  degree  or  above;

本科以上学历；


-Major  of  machinery;

机械相关专业；

-Good  English  skill;

良好的英文沟通能力；

-3  year's  mechanical  related  working  experence.

三年以以上机械相关工作经历.
